HIDDEN GEM SWIM LLC reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Delivery & Return Policy.

By placing an order on WWW.HIDDENGEMSWIM.COM, customer accepts all terms of this Delivery & Return policy. Please read our policies in full to avoid any confusion & processing delays.

RETURN POLICY

Being swimwear, the safety of all of our community is our priority, and for hygiene reasons we cannot accept, and do not provide any returns, exchanges, store credits or refunds for all swimwear. 

This policy is set in place due to swimwear being classified as ‘underwear’ & for hygienic purposes. 

Please note- ALL items that are on sale, or discounted with a promo code and also visible on our sale page are final sale and therefore nonrefundable, returnable or exchangeable. Returns are accepted for store credit for all other items identified as non-swimwear. 

HIDDEN GEM SWIM wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We treat every order with care, and each item is meticulously inspected to ensure its condition before it is carefully packed and sent to our customers. In the event you have received a faulty/defective item, and deem not to be a customer care fault, please immediately contact our customer service team info@hiddengemswim.com with a photo(s) and order number so we can assess the issue and determine a resolution. We accept returns for store credit for items that are deemed faulty due to manufacturer defect within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not to be considered faulty. 

Please note- We do not accept cancellations once your order has been placed. In the case you would like to re-order the same item, just a different variant, you will have to repurchase your correct item(s) by placing a new order online. 

Online credit must be used entirely in your new purchase. Any remaining balance is not carried over. 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURNS

Please note- Absolutely no returns will be accepted for items returned to us if the hygiene liners & tags have been removed or tampered with. We can legally refuse to provide store credit for your items if they do not meet these terms & conditions. 

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unused. 
  • Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains and/or bodily fluids.
  • Merchandise must have ALL original HIDDEN GEM SWIM tags, hygiene liner & must be in original packaging. 

Item(s) used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order. 

Please try on swimwear with caution, as we cannot accept any swimwear that does not meet any of our requirements.

In the occurrence of garments returned within these conditions we will void your store credit. Returning of garment back to the customer will incur a return shipping cost to be paid by the customer. 

If garment bags are not returned there is a $5 fee deducted from your refund. If you order 2 or more items and it comes in 1 bag and you return 1 you may keep the garment bag. 

Items must leave the customer's hand within 14 days of receiving to process a store credit. 

It is the customers responsibility to send back the garments to the address provided.

Regular or express return shipping is up to the customer along with shipping company you choose to use. Please keep track of tracking number as we will not take responsibility for lost returns.

Please Note- 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • All store credits are given of the full price value of the item minus the initial shipping cost of the order.
  • Please advise that transit time can vary between 1 to 2 weeks. 
  • Please allow up to 3- 10 business days for returns to be processed once it has arrived to us to process your store credit. 
  • You will be notified via email once your return has processed and your store credit is issued.
